1. Recurring Membership Cancellation
This policy applies to all continuity programs, including monthly membership plans and auto-replenishment options. One-time acquisitions are governed by our standard Return Policy.
1.1 Procedure for Cancellation
You may adjust or terminate your membership status at your discretion:
- Access your Empire Royals secure portal and select “Terminate Membership.”
- Direct a formal request to Help.empireroyals@gmail.com with the subject “Membership Cancellation – [Order Reference].”

Partial reimbursements for mid-cycle cancellations are not provided. Services remain active through the conclusion of the paid term.
2. Third-Party Installment Agreements
For acquisitions facilitated through third-party financial providers (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay in 4):
- The installment framework is a private contract between you and the respective provider.
- Empire Royals maintains no authority over interest rates, late fees, or individual plan terms.
- Upon an authorized return, Empire Royals initiates the refund to the provider, who then reconciles your remaining balance.
3. Pre-Shipment Order Rescission
Should you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch:
- Contact Help.empireroyals@gmail.com immediately with "Urgent Order Rescission" in the subject.
- Approved cancellations result in a full reimbursement within 5 business days.
- Orders already entered into the logistics cycle must be handled via our Return Policy.
4. Billing Integrity
In the event of a declined payment for a recurring plan, our system initiates a reconciliation attempt after 3 days. If unresolved after the second attempt, membership status is temporarily suspended. You maintain a 14-day window to restore credentials before automatic termination.
