  • Wellness Essentials: For hygiene and safety reasons, these items must be unopened and completely sealed.

Damaged or Discrepant Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Empire Royals assumes full responsibility. Please notify our team within 7 days of receipt.

For verified damage or shipping errors, we provide an expedited replacement or full refund. No return of the compromised item is required—simply provide visual documentation for our quality assurance review.

Initiating Your Return
